I own 4 pair of Jambu's and I love them. I will say in most cases you will need to size up a 1/2 a size. I have plantars facitis and these shoes I can wear. They have memory foam inside and are extremely comfortable. Watch for sales on Evine or they are aso sold at Herberger's. I think they are cute, plus I've had compliments on them too. Also if you wear orthotics they will fit into these shoes.

I wear a 5.5 or 6.  I ordered a pair of Jambu in size 6 from Zulily.  No where did it suggest ordering up.  The shoes were short and wide.

Sierra Trading Company has them heavily discounted.

I am just going by my own experience from purchasing these shoes at our local dept. store, Herberger's. That was the first thing the clerk told me was to size up a half size as they run short. I didn't hear that announced on Evine Live, but if you read some of the reviews they state they sized up also. Good Luck with your purchase.
