Re: Is this a new G.I.L.I. ""handbag""---Weekender?

That bag looks like a forty dollar pleather carry on I bought a few years ago at TJ Maxx when I needed an extra bag when returning from a trip... Actually, my Maxx bag was woven and looked higher end... Oh well, maybe this one will show better in person or upon presentation, for those who'll be watching...

As for the 'look' employed in these posts... adorable, sloppy, in, out, on-trend or indifferent, I agree with those expressing that this isn't the look that heretofore represented this line nor to which those who appreciated this line aspired...

No, not every piece was for me but some of the more classic, high end pieces with an edge fit right into my lifestyle. I don't really know Jill Martin and am willing to give her a chance, but the two pictures she has posted so far shows me that she doesn't understand the line or the woman it is designed for. We don't want trendy and sloppy, and that appears to be what we are going to get going forward. It is a shame but my wallet will thank me so I guess I should be happy about that.
Nycgirl79, it makes me sad too, and you hit the nail on the head.

Yep, I totally agree. What attracted me to this line to begin with was the sophistication and classiness of it.
