Is the Clarks Fit the Same??

2 weeks ago, I ordered 2 pairs closed Clarks shoes from ClarksUSA.com. One was the scrunch shoe and the other was a Mary Jane. I wear 7 wide in all my Clarks (over 20 pairs) - and these 2 pairs were wider and longer - my feet actually fell out of the shoes. Have you noticed that Clarks sizing has changed? Now I'm afraid to order on-line.
