Is my bag leather?

To the Dooney experts. How can I determine If my bag is leather? I was assured by the SA it is leather, if it is it's like no other leather I have seen. I really have my doubts it is leather. Will the numbers on the hang tag be a clue to the material? Please help if you know how to read the tag. Thanks
