I kept looking at that suede hobo in peanut brittle. I googled it specifically and Macy's is having a sale on it right now for $147.99 plus free shipping. If you use the code (GIFT) you get an add'l 20% off. The reason I like Macy's is, if you don't like something, it is so easy to exchange here in town. They have brown also. I thought I would pass this along.

I know...it is $125.00 at I love Dooney. Mine (Macy's) was $118 before taxes using the promo code and $127.27 after taxes plus the convenience of hassle free returns. The advantage of I Love Dooney was the bag was in other colors. I have not had a good experience with I Love Dooney, so that influenced my decision as well.

Don't you love a deal? The e-mail from I Love Dooney was what started my search. The 50% off was on selected styles and I wanted to see what the other deals were out there.

They're also on Ilovedooney.com for $125. with free shipping/no tax. I've purchased many purses and several leather coin purses from this site - and they were all perfect. There are also many other Dooneys on here -- with big discounts. I personally luv the nylon, crossbodys - since I hate heavy purses.

I agree with you. I shop a lot at ilovedooney, and also belk and ebay. I save a lot free shipping and no taxes. I do like heavy bags
