I let a Navy E/W As is Go

I had in my cart at 5:30 am and I let it go. I want a Navy, but I really like the croco. Please tell me about this bag. It had a 4 in. handle (why are their handles so short?), but with the droop in the bag it seemed larger.I wasnt sure of the hobo style. It was $203.
