Easy Spirit, especially the traveltime model.  I have about 6 pairs, comfortable, supportive, easy slip on.  I buy them whenever they are on sale somewhere.

try some slip-on sneakers,  which are casual for jeans, and some could work with a dress 

much better than flip flops, which I never wear except for getting a pedicure 

I think they are terrible for your feet.

For light weight comfort, I like Vivobarefoot.

Walking shoes, short boots and flats are minimalist style and very comfortable.

However, if you like a heel, these are not an option as they have zero heel.

The best way to find comfortable shoes is to go to a shoe store and try them on.
