I am frustrated with DB CS

I ordered from either Day2 or 3 and it hasnt shipped (cosmetic cases), the OMG Erica and the last day 13th Flo [pocket Satchel.

I called they said my expiration date was wrong, I phoned twice and they said each time it will ship, still nothing. I will call tomorrow and speak to a supervisor. Coincidentally I spoke to the same man each time. He remembered my previous call. {#emotions_dlg.angry} Why would my card originally go through. I usually dont save card numbers on websites and I guess I had.
