I have 8 pairs of boots:

*Ankle boots: flat black, low heel brown, high heel black. I wear the flat black ones a lot. 

*Tall Riding boots - one black, one brown. I wear these often. 

*Dress tall knee boots - one black, one brown. I don't wear these much; thinking about getting rid of them. 

*Snow boots

Way too many!  Tall about 20, Ankle not as many maybe 6pairs.  I love tall and have back ups of my favs and I am including my Hunter rain boots because wear them in the snow too.

I tend to buy a lot of boots. I love wearing boots for all occasions and have a wardrobe of them ranging from extremely casual Ugg style to sleek leathers.  I have all heights and fabrics.  Of course livig in Chicago, I must have boots which are functional for snow and rain too.  I've really never counted them, but including shooties and Doc Martin type styles (which is a boot), it's has to be at least 20.

I have three pair of tall boots:

Black leather, dark brown leather and grey suede (my fav).

I don't have any ankle boots but I have two pair of what I would call shoetees (msp?).  Black suede and leather and dark brown suede and leather.  

Please don't ask how many pair of shoes I have!!!
