Anyone know if Hotter shoes, made in UK, are sized in US sizing or Euro sizing?  I'm trying to make sure I receive a 39 Euro, no matter how their conversion chart runs.

@CJC

FOOTWEAR SIZE CONVERSION CHART
All Hotter shoes are carefully made in our factory to UK sizes but if you're wondering how these sizes correspond to the
equivalent in European and US footwear then check our handy table.

I have six pairs of their shoes and order from their USA website, where they have sizes listed in USA sizing. However, inside the flap on my shoes, the sizes are listed

for UK, USA, AND EU in that order. I am a 9 1/2 and on my shoes the UK size shows as 7 1/2 and the EU size shows as 41 1/2. Their customer service is excellent and if you have a question, call them and they will help you. Hope this helps you. Their shoes are extremely comfortable.

They are sized just like we size in the US.  I just got a pair; I wear a size 11, ordered an 11 and they fit nicely.  The only thing screwed up about Hotter is their CS.  Do not use PayPal as it totally confuses them.  It also took me 3 weeks to get these shoes.

Thanks for the warning.  I was going to use PayPal, but I'll just go the usual credit card route.

I've never heard of Hotter shoes.  I just went to their website, and they have some really cute sandals.  Are these shoes comfortable like comfort sandals would be?  I have very flat feet and have a problem finding comfortable shoes.

@NickNack  I too have flat feet and find Alegria sandals to be the most comfortable and supportive.  I buy Hotter shoes when on a drastic sale only.  I don't think they're exceptionally comfortable...just average.  I often have to modify the insole as they're a little wide; I wear a B width.

Thank you @Kachina624.  I don't think I'll order them then.  I did order some Alegria sandals from recommendations on this forum.  I haven't worn them yet but think they'll be very comfortable this summer.

I have 26 pair of Hotter shoes, DH has 5, one son has 3.  I bought my first pair in England about 6 years ago and wished I had bought more.

Then about 4 years ago I got a catalogue in the mail.  I was so excited!  I was a Clarks fan until I discovered Hotter, now they are my first go-to source.

If you wear Clarks, the fit is the same, the quality is better, and the styles far exceed Clarks.

I rarely buy them at full price.  Once you make a purchase you get weekly coupon deals for discounts and free shipping.

I have only had to make one return for a fit issue.  CS is very helpful, but do expect several weeks for shipping.
