Help!! Chelsea Shopper or Lexington Tote?

Hi ladies- while I am new to these boards I am not new to Dooney. In fact I am quickly becoming an addict. It started with a QVC TSV on the Janine Satchel about a year and a half ago and has quickly become an addiction. I currently own 3 Janine's and the Florentine Edge Drawstring bag in Mustard....which I love quite a bit. I am looking to purchase a new bag for winter, and am considering the Chelsea Shopper or Lexington Tote. I absolutely must have a bag I can wear over my shoulder, and I think both of these fit the bill. The Lexington seems nice because it has 12" strap drop and zip top for security and privacy. Also love the two very deep outside pockets. The Chelsea does not have zip top, and has the center compartment....which I am not familiar with....I have never owned a Dooney with one. Not sure if this is nice place to store iPad, etc...or if it mostly gets in the way. I also like fact that Chelsea has both sets of straps, short and longer...to give you choice of how you want to carry....but not sure strap adjusts to length long enough for over the shoulder. I think it goes to 11". For any of you that might own one (or BOTH) of these bags, might you offer your opinion or suggestions of which bag to get? I have read a lot of posts about each of the bags...but never saw these bags compared to each other (not sure if they came out at the same time). I am looking at Chelsea in black with tan trim, or the Lexington in Black Pebble Leather, or Metallic Gunmetal. ( I do not own any Dooney in metallic...so not sure if this would have durability of the regular leather). Also, would the Chelsea Dillen leather be same as Lexington Black Pebble Leather? I do not own either of these leather types. Any info that you can provide will be appreciated! i am only allowing myself one neutral bag for the winter months and want to make it the best possible one choice. Thanks in advance for your help!!
