Has anyone heard of this company?

I just clicked on an ad that appeared on my computer screen for Amy Butler bags. They are similar to Vera Bradley. I saw a bag that looked just like what I needed; a cloth duffle bag with wheels. As I looked down the list of features I saw this --- Return Policy -- NO RETURNS.

Why would anyone order an item on-line that you cannot return?

Amy Butler is sold under JOSS & MAIN. Does anyone have any experience with this company? I have no intention of ordering from them, just wondered if anyone else had.
