Dear ladies could you give me a bit of advice on what product is best to spray on my suede purse (first time buying one and also got one for my daughter-in-law for Xmas), to protect it from the elements etc. and also what is the best way to store leather and or suede purses when not in use, especially when they do not come with their own storage bags. You can buy an all protector spray at any shoe store that's designed to be used on suede. As far as storing your bags, if they don't come with a storage bag, use a pillowcase but stuff your bags first, to keep their shape. Never use plastic to store the bags because leather needs air circulation to avoid mold and deterioration of the leather. HTH

A tip on spot cleaning suede is to brush corn meal over the stained area to clean it. Brush the corn meal gently with your hand.
