Good news about returning my dirty beauty florentine Satchel

Okay Dooney ladies Good Morning and Happy Friday.

I returned my satchel last Friday due to rubbed dirty all back of the bag I was not able to clean it. I wear dark jeans and used the bag crossbody big mistake and disapointed about the quality leather. I will stick with the orginal version of the florentine Vacchetta leather instead. I got my orange satchel florentine Vacchetta was on waiting list for 2 months got it yesterday love it plus 5 easy payments. We I spoke with Dooney Customer Service Rep they process my refund for the full amount yesterday they accept my florentine Satchel return I wrote a letter also explaining what happen. I am really happy.{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
