The people not working right now probably can't afford most things QVC sells...

Yes, quality shoes cost over $100. If this is upsetting, don't purchase them!

Depends on the brand as well as the materials.  I've seen it all and have been in retail for 10 years I understand most of it.

 

Prices as well as checks have risen some what.  You drop out at your price point which isn't new.  The "sales" game hasn't changed.  You wait for a deal and if your size remains you pounce or take a gamble and check clearance.
