Sounds like nervousness to me.

I agree with you @qualitygal and she was so happy the way they were selling out! I ordered my boots before they were presented... Happy I did. Sold out!!!

Re: Giggling UGG vendor

[ Edited ]

Watched Koolaburra by UGG when they were introduced back maybe a month ago, I think with Shawn, and the vendor was so obnoxious with the foolish giggling, I turned it off.  Chalked it up to new and nervous.  Last night Koolaburra was presented with Amy Stran hosting  "Inspired Style" and it was the same silly giggling episodes, same vendor; awful and annoying!  Were it not for Amy commandeering the entire presentation, there would have been more giggling....Amy did a terrific job overcompensating for the unprofessional vendor!  Kudos Amy!

It’s happening again.  I thought for sure after her last show the nonstop giggling would have been addressed.  It’s so incredibly annoying and unprofessional.  I’m interested in Uggs and want to hear the details about them but just can’t watch.

I have watched some clips of the presentations.  Yes,the vendor does giggle, but in between the giggles, she explains the features of the shoes very well.

I was just going to post this! LOL

I turned the channel- Couldn't stand the constant giggling-Very unprofessional and extremely annoying.

They will need to replace her as their rep.

BTW- PRICE shop- These can be found cheaper elsewhere!

I just returned the tall boots with the bows on the side today. This is really a cheap version of the big sister brand as AS keeps saying. The boots have no support of course and the fur blend is nice, but there is not enough of it in the footbed. I can't imagine these boots will hold up, I would be lucky to get the season out of them. Greedy QVC is charging about 15 dollars more for the short boots they are showing tonight, than Kohls online. I agree the vendor is very hard to listen to.

@GinzTonic - I posted this the first time they were on the air:

I did some research.

Koolaburra was founded in 1991 in direct competition with Uggs, using the same materials. Around 2016 they joined Decker Brands, who owns Uggs. They were rebranded as "the free-spirited, little sister to Uggs." Since the original Uggs couldn't be sold in stores like Kohls and DSW because of their cost, this was the alternative, good quality shoes made of slightly different materials, i.e. not sheepskin.

Trendy and fashion forward, they are targeting teenage girls up to millenial moms. (That lets me out! Smiley Happy)

Retailers carrying the brand say "the quality to price is exceptional."
