GILI Roma 2--anyone's leather settling into cracks?

Please advise! I bought two GILI Roma 2 handbags, one in the iced metallic and one in the blush (most popular I saw as it sold out) The leather on the blush after training it for one night is settling into cracks, rather disturbing cracks, not puddling like the leather on the iced metallic. It almost looks like it needs desperate conditioning but it's a brand new bag! Any suggestions or anyone else having this problem with the blush leather? Thank you for your help! Sherri
