It arrived yesterday. In a box stuffed inside the blue dust bag-tags attached but no outside wrapping on the bag or handles whatsover. Looked like someone had bought it, used it, tied the tag back on and sent it back to the place that then sent it to me. Sooo bummed. It was all wrinkled up with scratches all over the leather and looked so beat up. Nothing like the online pictures. I had to call to get luggage pro's to send me a UPS prepaid return label, and when I told them why I was returning it, she didn't even apologize for the condition of the bag, but admitted it was likely a 'floor model'. Back she goes. Oh well. Overall, she was too big for me anyway. As you ladies like to say-NEXT!!!! =-)
