I am still looking for a tote from Dooney to use for books, etc. I want to get the right one, so it's taking me awhile. Someone suggested a Kristen or Valerie instead of the medium east/west plaid shopper that I have had my eye on. How do the fabric Dooneys that aren't coated hold up? Do you spray them or treat them in any way?
This is going to be a bag that will get put on the floor, hauled around, etc, so I'm wondering if the coated material or even the leather would be better to get than the fabric.
