That was my understanding.  Seems like the California customers ought to appeal to the manufacturers or the ones who brought about that regulation if they are unhappy with it.

This really is a QVC management problem and it's pretty clear that QVC has a management problem if they can't and won't fix the problem with QVC California customers not being able to order merchandise because of Prop 65.

 

Maybe with the next round of QVC layoffs, the QVC management who messed this one up bigtime should be getting pink slipped. California is one of the most populous states and QVC not fixing this issue is going to cost them big financially in lost sales. Angry customers who can't purchase take their shopping elsewhere to merchants and retailers who are on top of Prop 65 requirements.
