Emails from VB

About two weeks ago, I stopped getting daily emails with the specials & promotions. Has this happened to anyone else? I now go to the website to check on what the current specials are,but I miss the convenience of the emails. I have since re-requested emails, but there is a delay for that going into effect. Any ideas why this has happened?
