Earthies --- sizing & quality??

I've been looking at a few of the Earthies styles - very updated and they look like they might actually be comfy! I love the look of the Tarnow suede heels - anyone have them? Do they run tts? Also -how do they fit in the heel? I have narrow heels and have slippage issues (which causes nasty blisters - ugh) in a lot of brands. How is the quality on this brand? Any help is greatly appreciated.
