Just checked my order still states, Ontario Canada so it will not make it to me within the extended about of time.. I've seen where others are receiving their boots so I'm curious as to how QVC decides how they distribute to customers.  I ordered within 15 minutes after midnights showing.  This might be the final straw for me with QVC.  A few weeks ago I ordered a Pilates Rebounder that sat for two weeks in processing an QVC customer service told me their hands were tied.  After talking with UPS customer service I was able to return it to sender as soon as it left the manufacturer. Went to Amazon got a much better deal, saved $30.00 on shipping and got the stand $120.00 and pillow $40.00 for same cost as QVC without stand and pillow.  I love the Q but I am definetly not buying the way I used to.

Mine shipped today 9/2!    I hope they are comfortable as I'm not having much luck at the B&M stores.  I, too, have a pair on check status in black.  I ordered the navy.

I called customer servce & told them maybe they should ensure inventory is in a QVC warehouse and they should ship, rather than trust a vendor to ship (other than food products of course).

I have seen many who got theirs right away and this fact is making me rethink purchasing from QVC again😡

I got my boots today and what a disappointment.  I am SO disappointed in EO and will NOT be doing this again. I am a true size 9M.  I never have a problem buying shoes in the RW.  But this is the second pair of EO's I've tried to buy this year that are horrible fits.  The shoe part of the boot was a 9M and it was really big on me.  The shaft was wide because my calves measure 1" over the measurement for standard. The shafts were HUGE!  I really didn't like the neophrene in the back.  It was the entire back of the boot with one little strip of leather dividing it.  I thought the look was very cheap.  The leather is just ok.  I liked the color (Merlot) but just wearing them across the room and they slopped up and down on the back of my foot and legs.  I also had loose threads AND the insole was uncomfortable and hard.  One walk across my living room rug told me there was no way I could wear them.  I looked 5 years old wearing my mother's boots!

I know you get what you pay for and these boots were cheap.  However I keep slipping back to the QVC days when you got the value of at least a $150 pair of boots for $89.  Now we're being treated to $89 boots for $89!  This isn't a value to me.

I'm done buying from EO....  and it's a shame....

I just received mine in brown and I LOVE them!  They fit perfectly.  I have a wide foot, but slim calves.

The only problem is that I must ask everyone....The arch support really hurts.  It's digging into my foot.  I do not have a problem with fallen arches and I've never worn a shoe with built in arch supports.  Is this something I will get used to?  It is really painful!  :-(

Received my boots yesterday 9/1/2015 and i was really disappointed  in the "Quality" of these boots from China.  The fit was off in the arch area and they looked like a very cheap leather, I don't send much back to QVC but these went back today.  I will shop local versus through the Q for boots.  I have purchased several pairs of Clark shoes and they are wonderful but I would not even order  a shoe from this Earth company again.  I was anticapating the arrival of these and as I opened the box I had several scratches in the leather which did not impress me, hope people have better luck than I did, but I am not thinking so!

I thought mine were arriving yesterday. My tracking number said DELIVERED! They weren't! If they ever show up, they're going back without me even opening the box. Now I have to call the post office on Tuesday to see where they are. I'm with all of you in my frustration. I won't be ordering anything from this brand again

I feel the same darn way.!! This is just taking way to long . They should have made sure they had them,before doing them as  a TSV !!!!! Returning them for that pupose !!!
