Mine finally showed up on 9/3 and they are packed up ready to be sent back. So dissapointing that they are God awful and c r a p quality. The vendor should be ashamed

It's 9/8 and I still don't have them.  They just reached my home state.  If they aren't the most comfortable boots in the world, they will go back.  I won't order any more TSV's from this company.  Some things do come fast from QVC - I think they are usually items that are shipped from vendors who know what they are doing.  Other items which are direct from QVC take soooo long, but nothing like this.  Plus, other companies would be sending e-mails about the delay.  Did you ever notice that QVC never communicates with the customer about glitches or problems?  On the rare occasions they do, it's so far after the fact.  I know in the scheme of things, this isn't a huge problem, but I just feel that QVC's service excels in certain areas, but in others, it is non-existent.

I just received mine on Friday - only to find they sent the wrong boot ( they sent regular calf instead of wide calf ). I have such a hard time finding wide calf boots and was thrilled to be able to order these.   Now I get the wrong boot and they tell me there is no stock to send me what I actually ordered.   TOTALLY BUMMED - 

if if anyone is sending back a wide calf in a 9 wide or 9 1/2 regular width ( still wide calf but regular shoe width). Let me know - I will take any color!!

I still have not reiceived my boots yet, i am so discouraged its not even funny. Ordered 2 other different brands after and have all ready got them. ! Whats up with these boots.? Going back !!!!! NOT HAPPY !!!!!

I finally got mine today and i had ordered navy in wide calf size 6 1/2 and guess what i got.... merlot in 7 1/2. Not happy. Called customer service and told them i better not have to pay any shipping back for their mistake. Not happy.

I'm still waiting for my boots to arrive as well.  I looked at tracking and said somethng about post office?  Thought they were being delivered by UPS.   After waiting this long I'm hoping they fit.  There's really no excuse for this company to have taken this long to ship the boots out.  Here's hoping the wait is worth the wait.....

UPDATE:  Boots arrived and are going right back.  I ordered the wide calf and they definitely weren't wide. I could barely zip them up my leg.  Last year I puchased a couple different boots from Isaac both wide calf and those fit great.  These Earth boots ... no way.  Very disappointed considering how long we had to wait.  I actually tried cancelling a day or two after purchasing but they were in this very long process of shipping.  Won't try this brand again.

ARESNZ. i don't feel the calf was as wide as stated!  mine measure 8" across one side, so approx 16".  my calf is 16 1/4" and i wouldn't have ordered them if they were only 16. I cannot find the description online anymore to see what the measurement is supposed to be.  I am very disappointed that i will have to pay to return them plus lose the original s&h.   I am getting pretty frustrated w/ QVC as of late and have returned alot of things lately, i think more than i have since i started buying 27 years ago.  

I am willing to try the clarks, A270263.  if these don't work, then I am done w/ the q.

Ordered wide calf, but received regular calf, dangit. Shipping S L O W on all three pairs ordered. If you feel the calf is tight and ordered wide, check inside the boot. The wide shaft is printed inside along with the footbed measurement.

Wow.... just wow, and not in a good way.  What on earth is happening to QVC and especially with Earth Origins?  I can't believe the mishandling, wrong sizing, wrong color, not fitting well, etc. etc.

This entire episode (including the triple buckle boots that I ordered from EO and sent back)... I will never, ever order EO again.
