I just received my Earth Origins clogs with the "sherpa" lining. Although it says true to size, they don't state o go up a size since the lining takes up space within the shoe. I spoke to CS this morning and they're sending the size 8 instead of 7 1/2 free shipping since an exchange.

FINALLY, after 3 weeks I received the replacment pair. Wrong size...instead of an 8, I was sent a size 9!!! The packing slip says I ordered an 8. What's wrong that Q just cannot get orders correct? They wanted to replace the item, but with 2 pr. in the wrong size, it's been a wait of 6 wks. or more. No thanks. Amazon for me!

@Shanus I'm sorry about your shoes. It's really frustrating. I've never yet had a success with the "exchange" program at QVC.

So I no longer bother.

You may want to try Zappos, my go to site for shoes for many years before amazon became so huge.  Within a week's time frame I ordered 3 different sneakers, returned 2 pair and kept the style that fit me best. Orders were each delivered free within 24 hours, free returns, and my credit card was refunded the minute my return was scanned at UPS.  All of this took place within 8 days. Zappos also allows returns for unworn shoes for 365 days and allows athletic shoes to be worn 30 days outside before returning. How can you test the fit on a walking or running shoe unless you put on some serious road miles?  Zappos also sells on Amazon. Q isn't playing in the same ballpark.

I ordered these shoes in my normal size and they are a bit snug. I probably can't wear socks with them. I also really don't like that there is a huge label instead of the cozy material right under the heel! Who designs these things???

I just checked reviews for the item and they are not favorable. It's too much of a hassle to return so I'll keep them, but I'm not happy with my purchase!

I havent read the reviews for the clogs but I am surprised they are not favorable. I love mine!! I normally wear a wide in Earth shoes but as these are a clog and appeared roomy i ordered a medium and they fit like a dream. I cant even feel the tag on the heel. I just wish this Louisiana weather would cool down enough to wear them everywhere besides my own house!!
