I love the Dooney line and have alot of vintage bags and this year invested in a couple brand new bags. My only complaint and it is a serious one is the skinny shoulder straps. I purchased my first full price bag last spring and after carrying it briefly a few times has to put away due to pinched nerve in my shoulder. The bags themselves are heavy dueto the construction and in it I had only a wallet,hairbrush and checkbook. I then took a close look at what is currently available on air and in the stores and almost all have those narrow straps no matter the size of the bag. I think it is a very bad design feature and will not buy anymore with similar straps. I don't like carrying the bag on my arm. I sure hope Dooney monitors these boards and takes my conplaint/suggestion to heart.
