Dooney repair needed

On my "Things to Do" list today now includes sending my 1975 Signature purse in for repair! Two pieces of hardware broke on it! I was looking at my purse yesterday when I was out and it looked odd. I examined it closer and realized that the hardware had broken.

Fortunately, Dooney stands behind their products and will easily replace the damaged hardware, but still. For that amount of money, you would think it would hold up better than this! Now, I will be without this purse for the repair time. UGH! I really like it. I have carried it almost everyday since I got it. I did not even bother trying to get QVC to handle it. I just called Dooney direct and they were great about it.

It is packed and ready to go. I already switched to another purse. Choices, choices...
