Dooney - bad Customer Service

I ordered a Teal nylon crossbody bag during the 12 Days sale. The color on the website is a very nice, bright Teal color. The "teal" that I received is extremely dark, like dark blue. I called Dooney CS twice and they refuse to pay for return shipping or return original shipping. They say that the color that is shown on line varies from actual color and they stand behind that. Has anyone else had this problem with the website color vs. actual color?

So frustrating! I would not have ordered the ugly dark color that they sent me if I had know the the color on line would vary so much. Now I am out the original S&H and return S&H. Not a good deal at all.
