Dooney arrived defective :(

I got a beautiful D&B bag ordered and it came in defective!

It has different strips of leather, some looks like Dillin pebbled, and the rest looks florentine

I ordered the florentine bag A222537

My daughter graduated from Law school this past May and that is the only bag she wanted.

So with the easy pays they had last week I broke down and got it for her.

She is so bummed and so am I

I called CS and they were fine,it goes back tomorrow, I just hope the replacement does not have these problems {#emotions_dlg.huh}
