Dooney & Bourke Trade-In Program & Green DOT.......

I recently participated in D & B's trade in program. I received my handbag today and the handles are supposed to be tan leather (they are orange leather with yellow stitching) and the D & B gold and leather hang tag is made crooked.

My bag also had a green dot on the plastic bag and the inside tag.

Do you think D & B is sending out less than perfect handbags on the trade-in program?

Thoughts please?
