Dooney Croco Tassesl Bag Came with a warning label ?

I finally broke down and ordered my second Croco Tassel Tote. I originally have the Boudeaux from The TSV.

Well I ordered the grey beautuful color and I received it I took it out and there were two Dooney navy blue tags tied with a blue ribbon one was the original Dooney store tag the other was Dooney Logo on one side a Warning label on the other that stated

PROPOSITION 65 CALIFORNIA ACT WARNING THIS ITEM MAY CAUSE CANCER OR BIRTH DEFECTS IN UNBORN CHILDREN.

AHHHH I was totally ahh struck does thst mean the original that I been carring for a year is the same and no warning. I dont no what to do now send it back or what that really took the joy out of this bag.
