Dooney CS Is HORRIBLE!

I just received the Amazon Tassle bag in Cranberry. It is stunning! I couldn't wait to get it all unwrapped. Upon inspecting the interior of the bag, I found a big hole in the bottom of one of the interior cell pockets. Plus the bag has a slight "musty" smell to me. I phoned Dooney CS and they offered to send UPS to my home to pick it up (not workable, because I would have to arrange to be at home!). They do not include pre-paid easy return labels with their orders. I would have to repackage it, take it to an UPS station and pay $13 for returning it (which they said would be returned to me). The whole thing just left me cold. Never again!
