Does Anyone Wear Lifestride Shoes?

I saw a comfort boot for work that I liked.  In the description of many of the Lifestride boots they are evaluated as running small.

How does your foot "run"?

I have spent my entire career on my medium width foot.  Now, they are slightly wider.

I love Fly London, they run ultra narrow, and I always try to find a wide.

I've never bought Lifestride.

Thanks.

Re: Does Anyone Wear Lifestride Shoes?

A lot of Lifestride shoes use synthetic faux leather @ECBG . I used to buy them many years ago when they were leather. They do run narrow and they aren't comfort shoes. They don't breathe because of the plastic feel. Hard to describe but they are nothing like they once were. I don't recommend them.

Re: Does Anyone Wear Lifestride Shoes?

I bought a pair of Lifestride sandals from HSN a couple of years ago.  They gave my heels blisters that lasted two weeks.  I would never buy anything they make again.

Yes. They really seem to "play" with their descriptions hoping you won't notice @ECBG .

I try to check here daily to see if they bring in a Fly London boot with a platform heel in wide widths.

If you run across one, I'd appreciate yur letting me know.

I lose a pair of my F London's this year, but they really lasted!

Thanks!

Re: Does Anyone Wear Lifestride Shoes?

I think Lifestride is one of those brands where the name was sold and the shoe became very cheaply made.  I wouldn't buy them.  Had a bad experience some years ago.

I found Fly London boots on Amazon. I just googled Fly London women's boots. I am not sure about a wide width but a review said they run wide. Hope that helps @ECBG

Re: Does Anyone Wear Lifestride Shoes?

@ECBG   Go to the Zappos website and look up "Sorel Boots".  I got a pair of their sandals earlier this summer and they are among the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.  Like walking on air and a superb fit.  They even came in a size 10.5 which is virtually non-existent most places.  Nice modest arch support and a little slot for each toe with fantastic cushioning. Their sandals are on sale at a nice discount right now.
