Hello Ladies. I bought a Dooney from Dillards online last week. Received it fast and everything is fine with the bag. Yesterday I checked out the sale online and there was the exact bag I purchased for $30.00 cheaper. I called customer service and was told I could return the bag to Dillards store and purchase the cheaper one. I explained that I do not have a Dillards in my state and the bag was already sold out. Not an option. All I wanted was a price adjustment because it was only five days since I received mine. They rep told me they do not adjust on line orders. Has anyone ever heard of this? I just don't know because I'am not familiar with Dillards. This was my first purchase.
