Defective db dillen medium satchel

I bought dillen medium satchel on db websit, it arrived today. I truly liked it except it has so many long lines in the front of the bag, they are almost like scratches. Is that a defect? I dont know if I should keep it. I bought it on sale, now the sale is gone, so I probably can't exchange one with the same price or I just return it. I really like the style...
