Defective Key Ring from ILD

My first purchase from them and my keys fell off the ring as the mechanism will not stay closed if touched. It is the square enamel key ring. I sent them an email requesting a return address label so that I would not have to pay return shipping and asked that they credit my credit card. Hopefully this will go smoothly. It is already an inconvenience that I will have to go to the PO to return.

Will let you all know how it goes.
