As for Day 12, well, it'll be a clean sweep for me. The tartan satchel might tempt me, we'll see tomorrow, but I sort of doubt it...

All that nylon... I mean Dooney does good nylon, but still, all that nylon...

TK, what are you sending back? I'm going to wait until after Christmas, when maybe the mail isn't quite so iffy, and then send back that TSV. I'm reluctant to put anything in the mail right now... In fact, to avoid the after Christmas return 'rush', I might even wait until mid-January...

Well, I finally decided to send the Milano croco hobo back. It was a hard decision, since the bag didn't have any issues...other than it was stiff and the handle was in a way, so I took your advice and decided even the $200 bag isn't worth keeping if it's not very functional and doesn't allow easy in and out access! Then, I'm returning the tobi tote but it was brand new, so it doesn't really count. And I think I'll return the flo satchel I took to Europe with me. It's a pretty bag but extremely heavy and I'm not sure I'll ever use it again....a $330 occasional bag seems too expensive... I hope Macys still takes it... I hate to return it and not sure what they do with returns but the bag looks like new! I dunno.. Maybe I should keep it due to sentimental reasons....it was in Europe with me after all Smiley Happy and well, I also decided to return the black Roma 2 and just keep the blush one. The bag looks too simple alongside all the Dooney bags I got... I think Clayton in black is enough. I like the idea of buying all those Dooneys on sale... I returned bunch of other junk I got, just so I can justify keeping the bags Smiley Wink EDIT: I should probably keep that satchel....memories.....

How long are the Day 12 prices good for? I've been eyeing up the letter carrier and it just went to $99. I sent the info to my mom so she can get it for me for Christmas. Woohoo.

they start early, so the prices are good until midnight ET the following day OR until supplies last.....so hurry because they may sold out of the bag you want.

Dec. 14th by midnight. It could sell out at anytime during the day.

They will probably do a Day 13 where they bring all the bags back that didn't sell out.

I got this bag in Peanut Brittle a couple of months ago at Macys for $118 which was a good deal. I carried it until the rain started. You just have to be more careful, but I liked the sporty look and when you have a LOT of bags, it won't get overused. It was all about the color. I used a suede spray beforehand. Nice and light which is a factor for me.

Thanks, Cindy. I got one in marine. And yes, I have about 20 bags so this one won't be used much but sometimes I need a smaller bag. Most of my collection is in the large category. Fortunately, there isn't much rain in California..especially in the fall, which is sadly over...

Oh Boy, I am dating myself, but I had the All Weather leather Dooney in a beautiful taupe back in the day. You could get caught in a storm and be OK. I carried that bag for six years every day to work. Then I passed it on and that person got another 4 years out of it.

I need to get a soft suede brush though for the hobo; it does have little nubbies that come off. Enjoy the marine !!
