@SandySparkles I do have to add my metatarsal pad to Dansko as I do all shoes now except Fly London.

Women whom spend a career standing on hard surfaces often have this issue.  I wore 3" heels without a lot of support, not realizing the cumulative issue I was creating.

I read years ago, before office workers wore tennis shoes carried their heels in back packs in NYC, they walked the side walks in high heels.  Wearing out the fat pad on the balls of their feet, some had fat taken off of their back side and injected in the ball of their foot.
