DB 1975 Signature Collette arrived...

My box from Ilovedooney arrived yesterday.....I ordered the Collette and the wristlet for my cellphone. It is much bigger than I imagined.........I can handle that BUT the handles are kind of stiff and it will not stay on my shoulder. Do you have that problem SHOP QUEEN? Maybe it will soften up and stay on my shoulder.........I am not used to 2 straps. I wonder if this was a wise choise for me. I think I mentioned my son passed away and THEN my husband had a stroke a month later (May) I have to help him up when we go out to eat, to the doctor etc. and I think this falling off my shoulder all the time will become a problem. I am kind of sad. I love the style and the price I got (127.00) for BOTH is amazing.........but now what should I do. I might return it but don't know which bag to replace it with....
