D&B EZ Pay???

I saw this morning that Dooney is offering an easy pay option for the FVL satchel on their website. I've never seen them do this before. Has anyone else? Makes me wonder if they're trying to boost sales. Interesting. Perhaps we'll see more of this in the future...
