D&B 50% rebate program

Sorry, I'm not sure on the name of the program but I've read on here a while ago about D&B giving credit for an used handbag. Can anyone explain this to me?

I have a TSV bag, the hobo type with the big latch on front. It came with a medium size coin purse. I don't want to return the coin purse. The bottom of the purse has worn a bit....no feet on the bottom of the purse so some white marks have appeared in the corners. I've used this purse constantly since I received it but debating if I should get a credit for it and buy a new one.

Any information about this D&B credit program would be appreciated.
