Very, very interesting.  They have a USA website for ordering.

I'm fortunate in that I can buy shoes without trying them on.  I've bought a ton of "comfort" shoes at Zulily in brands I would otherwise not known about.  I bought Alegrias there long before QVC had them, and they are all discounted too.  I don't normally wear Vionics but I bought a loafer style Q was selling for $99. for $30.

Well I can do that now too since I'm familiar with the manufacturer's fit.  I bought some Pikilinos boots a couple of winters ago (first pair) and had to do the exchange thingy with Amazon to get the right fit.  Other brands are always true for me.  Sometimes I will forgo a nice pair in my preferred brands because fit reviews.

Love, love, love them! Remind me of Clarks in earlier days.

I know Cole Haan was comfortable when Nike owned them, but I'm not sure now.  I've only seen a few reviews for their shoes.

I do love and own their handbags though!

Hotter shoes are very nice quality.  I love the leather smell when you first open the box.  They are similar to SAS shoes.  I find that both these brands fit my foot poorly and they're so soft, they give little if any support.  They tend to run too wide for me.

@itiswhatitis, I can't vouch for any Cole Haan shoes other than the style I recently bought in both black and Maple Sugar (good neutral):
