Coach outlet emails

Although I've not received a coveted online outlet sale email I have received two emails advertising what's new in the outlets. Do they take phone orders?

The ads are for the Heritage Tattersall and Shopper. They are not on Coach.com so they're either made for the outlet or older designs. Based on my online sleuthing, which is pretty green regarding Coach, I think they are made for the factory outlet.
