Cleaning a Coach handbag. HELP!

Long story short, I bought a Coach bag from a woman who neglected to tell me it was stained in spots on the interior lining and stunk heavily of perfume. I am pretty mad that she didn't tell me this after I asked her if there was anything wrong with it like stains/rips/flaws.

What if anything can I use to get the stains out of the bag? How can I get rid of the horribly strong perfume smell????
