Rakuten ( please search it on Google, it used to be Ebates ) has many, many stores that subscribe to it.  Amazon was one but during the virus pandemic probably didn't want to part with any payouts....they may return later.  

 

The companies can change their %'s daily.  There is an in store cashback but it is usually much lower and fewer companies participate.  Not going into to that here.

 

I read where Macy's even has them apply Macy coupons on applicable purchases.

 

i do understand your reluctance to put your card online.  From the number of folks who have participated over the years and the amount of cashback they have received, I felt comfortable participating.  Maybe you would feel more comfortable with using a debit card.....don't know if they honor those.

Thank you Very much @jlkz for All this information! Of course, I remember Ebates but never really paid too much attention. Glad to hear this works. Who doesn't like saving money, right?  🙂
