Cargo Sling question

Can you fit a water bottle in the outside side pockets, you know the ones on the end of the bag? I'm thinking about getting the cargo sling to carry when I go walking and I want to have a water bottle ( Kleen Kanteen) pocket on my bag.

A Crystal Geyser 16.9 oz bottle fits perfectly in the side pocket of the cargo sling. It's snug enough to not fall out but it's not too tight. I think a larger bottle might be too tight. I hope that helps.
