Shoes

On early this morning 8/6 and a really great show.  A variety of different styles were offered and the shoes all came in Medium and Wide widths and a few were offered in Narrow width.  Take a look at their program.  All shoes were 5 or 6 easy pays and free shipping.  BTW I purchased the clogs in dark brown.  I will review once I receive them.

Now that QVC allows exchanges, I'm more likely to order shoes just in case the size is wrong.

I saw part of the show and was really impressed by what I saw.  I believe she said they were made by sofft (?) and I can't wear their shoes 😡.  The size 8 is too short and 8.5 too big. I'm going to,wait for the reviews,on fitmthen maybe give them a try.

They have always allowed exchanges, you just had to pay shipping though, so have they dropped the return shipping and the new shipping charges?

Yes, as of 8/1 they no longer charge for exchanges of an item for a different color or size of that exact same item.

I saw a post yesterday by a Mod explaining this new policy, maybe in 'Customer Care'? (can't remember the exact forum I read it in!)

@AuntG,    Months ago I was told there is no shipping fee for an exchange; however, even though I marked exchange, they did not exchange the item.  Hopefully, they are improving on this and will now exchange.
