You may or may not know this already, but, I thought I'd share, since, it's a nice perk, though granted, LOL, the bags are definitely not given away.

Are you aware that if you lose the hang tags from your bags, both leather and brass or nickel, you can e-mail questions@coach.com their customer service, give them the item number of your bag, the color of the hardware you need replaced, ex: brass tag and brown leather tag, and they will mail it to you, free of charge, just provide your name and address.

I don't think they can replace specialty tags, remember the cute little coach that used to be on some bags? But, they will replace the basic tags and it only takes 1-2 weeks generally, not bad at all.
