Well I also sent my Blush back and it was absolutely perfect. Doubt if they will resell it as new but if it ever goes "as is" it will be perfect. BTW, if you call customer service, they will tell you how many are in inventory of each bag. I know this because I just called to find out about the Ivory Ostrich and there are over 300 in inventory. Apparently got a new shipment in. I'm just guessing the Blush must be lower inventory since it more in demand right now. So obviously inventory would be less. Thats just my guess though.

That doesn't make me feel good about the replacement blush that is on its way to me.
How did you find the count of inventory? I always wondered if there was a way to find this--- or was it just mentioned on air? TIA~
We have now way of knowing inventory and returned bags are always sold as
"as is" bags. People just make up stuff.
No, not "made up." How rude of you to say that. It is something I learned from one of the ladies on the Linea forum. When you believe that the number of items in inventory is low, either due to low stocking levels or because what is there is due to returns, you go to the item you want and start putting them in your cart in the maximum increment allowed - that number is currently five. I put five in my cart twice, and when I tried to put the third increment of five in it would only add four. So five plus five plus four equals fourteen, or at least that is how many that were available when I performed the experiment this afternoon.

Favorite Son - the blush choice was among the first to sell out. If I was a betting woman I would say any blush in inventory is 'returned'.

From reviews and posters on these boards, I am not alone...this seems to be an ongoing issue! For example, a JR chain with hair caught in the clasp...a DB with a receipt in the pocket etc...I've called CS and they apologized and handled it professionally every time...however, this does happen and is not "make believe"! The blush bag is beautiful so you can take your chances and worse comes to worse, return it... Btw, Lisa kept reiterating during her TSV presentations that this was the only inventory for the year on the Roma2 ...the manufacturer could not make anymore this year...so you can bet any additional inventory is probably a return!
yes my daughter got a return, it was the natural ostrich, you could tell it was a return item by the way it was packaged. It had blotches all over it, so we returned it as well.

QVC does not sell returns "as is." Perhaps if there is an obvious defect but most returns are used to fill "waitlist" orders if they exist. If there's no wait list, they just go back in inventory. Not all of the Roma returns are defective. Some people sent them back because thy were too heavy or ordered too many. I sent back my black back because the tassel was a mess and am waiting for an exchange. The blush went back because of the odor. Maybe by the time it gets to another buyer, the odor will be gone but I got tired of trying to air it out.

I got a blush the other day. I was on waitlist. I was pretty beat up looking. There were several spots - light but visible. The tassel was in sad shape. Not going to go on wait list again for these bags.

I received my blush replacement today. It was a return, but the straps were still covered. Problem is, the bag is defective. The stitching that joins the sides of the bag to the bottom of the bag is not straight at one point. There is also an upward crease emanating from this little curve. I got my black bag (new) and my ostrich bag (purchased used from eBay), and compared them to the blush bag. Both of my other bags are nice and straight along the bottom. I'm a perfectionist, and this bag is going back. Oh well. Two Roma 2s is probably enough right now. I'll wait for the next presentation. I'm sure there will be some more nice colors.

Just got my replacement blush today. It came packaged the exact way as my other two. The handles/strap/tassel were all wrapped and it's in perfect condition. Very pleased as I was nervous about getting someone else's return. If it is indeed a return, I sure can't tell that it is. I have zero buyers remorse on my 3 Romas. I just love them!

Can someone that has the blush describe the color? I bought the GILI Backpack in Blush but returned it because it really was more beige like a bandaid. I wanted more of a pink blush color. Is this blush more pink? Thank you.
