I saw today that QVC has just loaded some Birkenstock styles online.

I love Birkenstocks, however, I buy directly from them.  Free shipping, and fast delivery.

I'm sure this is good news for those that like and are comfortable in Birkenstock shoes and sandals.  Many people do like them.
When Birkenstock first came to QVC years ago, I tried a pair that was a TSV but, for me, they were so uncomfortable and hard as a rock on the footbed.    I'll stick with other brands like Sketchers.

I was disappointed that they're not carrying the narrow size ( which is really medium in Birkenstocks). There are plenty of online sites, however, to buy Birkenstocks.

Re: Birkenstock on QVC

[ Edited ]

There was a time that I swore I'd never wear a pr of birkies - that is until they appeared here many years ago. I saw all of the styles, colors, and patterns. Well I broke down and bought a pair or two. To this day I still wear them, have had a lot of pairs, gave many away and settled on the wider single strap which is what I wear. I still have a number of colors but I struggle to find the wider strap these days.

I looked at the ones here now and always check the styles on hsn, not fond of any of them here nor there.

Birkenstock is my favorite summer shoe. I used to love all the different styles and colors offered on QVC and would buy a new pair every time I saw them presented. I moved to Allegria when they stopped offering them but they still aren't as comfortable as my Birks. I have a narrow foot (AAA) so I would have to get those with adjustable straps. They offered three different ones: Birkenstock, Birki's, and Papillo. I think the regular Birkenstock was the one that was made for more narrow feet but can't really remember. I'm excited that they're bringing them back although not sure they'll offer the choices they used to.

@chessylady I did not know that a soft footbed version was now available.  Thanks for the info.

@PINKdogWOOD   I also prefer the sandals with the single wider strap.  To me,  they arer the most flattering.  My first pair had a wide strap and a very slight platform,  which were my favorite of all time.   For some reason,  they no longer offer them.  I have many pair and always prefered the Birkis,  which is a specific division of Birkenstock.
